Year round
Two visits a year, timed so nothing gets caught by surprise
Spring and fall tune-ups on residential and commercial systems, so the cooling is checked before a Houston summer and the heating before the cold snap that follows it.
What the plan is actually for
A maintenance plan is two visits a year, one in spring and one in fall, timed so the equipment gets checked ahead of the season that will stress it rather than during it. On each visit we look for the things that are hard to find and that other companies might miss, then fine-tune the system so it runs at maximum efficiency. That work does two things at once: it improves the indoor air moving through the house, and it lowers what the system costs to run.
A plan customer, in her own words
"They have made an effort to keep my costs down on numerous occasions, and they display more knowledge than other HVAC companies I have used."

Two visits, not one
What each of the two yearly visits covers
The plan is built around the two seasons that decide whether a Magnolia system has an easy year or a hard one.
The spring visit
Checked ahead of the first real heat, not during it, so a weak capacitor or a dirty coil gets found on a Tuesday morning instead of a Saturday at ninety degrees.
The fall visit
The heating side gets the same look before the first cold snap. It is a shorter season here, which makes catching a problem before it is needed even more worth doing.
The parts that are easy to miss
We look for the things that are hard to find and that other companies might miss, then fine-tune the system so it runs at maximum efficiency rather than just running.
What that fine-tuning does
A system tuned to run efficiently pulls cleaner air through it and costs less to operate month to month. Neither is a guess. Both follow from the same visit.
Why it is worth booking before the season, not during it
An emergency callout finds a problem after it has already cost you a night's sleep or a closed dining room. A scheduled visit finds the same problem while it is still cheap and still convenient. Brian Gesner and the team run both kinds of visit, but the maintenance plan is how you mostly stay out of the emergency one.
