About Prestige

Brian Gesner still comes out to the jobs himself

Prestige is a residential and commercial HVAC contractor working out of Magnolia. There is no franchise story here and no anniversary to mark. What there is, is a pattern in the reviews: Brian shows up, and he keeps showing up until the job is actually finished.

4.7 stars from 179 Google reviews. Open 24 hours, seven days.

What the reviews keep describing

Three separate customers, three separate free visits

None of these are our words. They're what people wrote after Brian, or the crew he sent, went back to a job on their own time and didn't add it to the bill.

A previous tech's work, put right without a second invoice

A longtime customer called Prestige back about work they'd already paid for. Brian came out himself, looked at what an earlier technician on his own staff had done, and decided it wasn't good enough to leave alone. He had his team reroute and add ductwork to fix it properly and never charged for the return visit. The customer, Misty Romer, wrote that she hadn't expected anyone to go that far for work already paid for once.

A warm room, fixed a week after the job was already done

“They did a full indoor and outdoor AC replacement, including duct work. The pricing was great, and the whole job went smoothly. It only took them two days to finish the job. They were courteous, respectful, and wore masks the whole time they were here. About a week later we discovered that one room in the house seemed to be a bit warmer than the others. They came out right away, free of charge, and adjusted the AC to balance it out, and completely fixed the problem.”

David Garcia · Customer testimonial

A Saturday call, diagnosed inside half an hour

“We had had HVAC issues with our house ever since we had moved in and no one could ever tell us what was wrong, until we called Brian at Prestige. He was able to come out on a Saturday and within 20 or 30 minutes, had diagnosed the problem for us and got it taken care of!”

A second name turns up in the reviews too. Rob, one of the technicians, caught a wrongly fitted expansion valve during what should have been a routine freon check, the kind of detail that's easy to miss and expensive to leave.

Commercial cold room with an air curtain and freezer controller panel

Named on their own site, not ours

Mo's Irish Pub is the commercial job they chose to write up

A restaurant called with an HVAC problem. Prestige sent a team to look at it, worked out what was wrong, and closed it out the same visit. It's the clearest evidence that the commercial side isn't an afterthought here, restaurants, offices and cold rooms are ordinary work.

What we can actually point to

A BuildZoom Top 10% badge, a 4.7 rating, and not much else we're willing to claim

Prestige describes itself as state licensed and insured, and its technicians as trained and certified. We won't print a license number on this page, because the company hasn't published one anywhere we could verify, and we'd rather leave a gap than guess. What's verifiable is the badge above, the review record, and the jobs described on this page.

If you'd rather talk to Brian's team before deciding anything, the line is answered at any hour.
